How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen, or contact your institution administrator for assistance. You can also email us at support@srits.website.
How secure is patient and clinical data in DRSAS?
Very secure! We use:
- End-to-end encryption (TLS/SSL for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest)
- Role-based access controls
- Multi-factor authentication

Can I access DRSAS offline?
No, DRSAS requires an active internet connection to function. All data is stored in the cloud and requires internet connectivity for access, synchronization, and real-time updates.
How do I deactivate my account?
Due to healthcare regulatory requirements, immediate deletion of all data may not be possible. However, you can request account deactivation by:
- Sending an email to support@srits.website with subject "Account Deactivation Request"
- Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours
- Clinical records must be retained according to healthcare regulations (typically 7-10 years)

How do I export or backup my data?
DRSAS automatically backs up your data to the cloud. For data export:
- Use the built-in export features in the app
- Request a data export from support@srits.website
- Data can be exported in various formats (PDF, CSV, etc.)
