Refund Policy for DRSAS

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with DRSAS (Dental Records & Student Assessment System). This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for DRSAS subscriptions. Payments are processed through the MEPS payment gateway in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Within 14 Days of First Payment

If you are not satisfied with DRSAS, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to your first billing cycle only.

2.2 After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available because:

• DRSAS is a cloud-based SaaS subscription that is delivered and accessible instantly upon payment.
• A free trial/beta period is available for evaluation before subscribing.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

2.3 Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the 14-day window in the following cases:

• Service Unavailability: If the Service was significantly unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period in error.
• Billing Errors: If there is a demonstrable error in the billing amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• The email address associated with your DRSAS account.
• Your organization/facility group name.
• The date of purchase.
• The reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed through the MEPS payment gateway and returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Upon refund, your subscription will be deactivated and access to paid features will be revoked.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

• Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
• Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing cycle. Subscription features are deactivated immediately upon refund approval.

6. Annual Plans

For annual subscription plans, the following additional terms apply:

• The 14-day refund window applies to the initial annual payment as described in Section 2.1.
• If you cancel your annual plan within the first 3 months, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused months remaining on your subscription.
• After 3 months, no refunds are available for annual plans. You may continue using the service until the end of your annual billing period.

7. Free Trial/Beta Period

No refunds apply to the free trial or beta period, as no payment is involved.
