1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with E-Z Pointer. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for E-Z Pointer Pro subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy.

Try Before You Buy

E-Z Pointer offers a free tier that allows you to test the product before subscribing. We encourage all users to try the free tier first to ensure E-Z Pointer meets their needs. The free tier includes 1 session per day with a 15-minute time limit.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Within 7 Days of First Payment

If you are not satisfied with E-Z Pointer Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to your first billing cycle only.

2.2 After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, refunds are generally not available because:

  • E-Z Pointer is a digital product that is delivered and accessible instantly upon purchase.
  • A free tier is available for evaluation before subscribing.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

2.3 Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the 7-day window in the following cases:

  • Service Unavailability: If the Service was significantly unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period in error.
  • Billing Errors: If there is a demonstrable error in the billing amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your license key (if available).
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Send your request to support@srits.website with the subject line "E-Z Pointer Refund Request".

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and your account will revert to the free tier.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain Pro features until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing cycle. Pro features are deactivated immediately upon refund approval.

To cancel your subscription without a refund, visit your Lemon Squeezy account dashboard.

6. Free Tier and Worker App

No refunds apply to the free tier or the E-Z Pointer Worker desktop app, as no payment is involved.
